Adeline Singh completed her post graduate law degree (Juris Doctor) at Bond University Queensland and was admitted to practice in 2012. Prior to this, she completed an English literature degree, which she passed with Honours.

Adeline is a property and commercial lawyer. She has been involved in leasing matters, purchases, sales, property management and government applications.

She is a registered migration lawyer. She is experienced in guiding a range of communities through the various visa processes with or without pathways to permanent residencies.

As a family lawyer, Adeline understands the need to resolve these complex matters with the least impact on all parties. She has a great track record of helping clients achieve practical solutions. Her approach is collaborative, empathetic and thorough. 

She speaks fluent English and Malay (Bahasa Melayu) and also conversational Hokkien and Cantonese. Adeline is the founding member and past Vice President of the Robina Community Legal Centre Inc.

Taeseok Ahn

Tae, as he prefers to be known, is pursuing his passion in Immigration and Property Law. As Tae migrated to Australia from South Korea, he understands the importance of your migration matter and uses his legal knowledge and life experience to assist applicants. Tae is experienced in all aspects of migration including skilled and business visa applications, AAT applications, and Federal Circuit Court judicial reviews as well as the purchase and sale of businesses and property. Tae is fluent in English and Korean.

Mokhtiar Singh

Mokhtiar Singh

Solicitor, LLB, M.IT, BA

Mok joined the firm in 2022 and since that time works primarily in Corporate and Commercial Law while assisting the Migration Law section. Prior to this, Mok was with the Queensland Police. By nature, Mok is calm and combines this with strong law and computer skills. He regularly volunteers at several not for profit organisations. He is an avid reader and enjoys keeping updated with trends in Computer Technology.
